The Ratchet Shop is a family run business; we began selling just Ratchet straps almost 10 years ago. Our company was one of the first to start selling this type of product on the internet direct to customers and cutting out the large department stores. This way we were able to provide lower prices for our customers and without them having to leave their house/business. We have managed to maintain our low prices to this date and with that our customer base has continued year after year to grow. This continued success has enabled us to expand our product range to now include a variety of lifting and lashing equipment with webbing and round slings as well as lifting and towing chains which we make to order and certify accordingly.

We supply a large variety of fall protection equipment as well as a few extras we have thrown in along the way from customer requests such as our easy winder which we designed almost 5 years ago now to help you get your straps rolled up and put away in a speedy fashion. We provide a variety of gloves, work wear and radio sets as well. We are proud here at The Ratchet Shop to be able to respond to our customer’s wishes and when we are asked to stock a certain item we do our best to make that happen so we can be a one stop shop for you. Thanks to our fantastic customer feedback we are always adding to our supply list and therefore we can continue to grow.

You will never call us and be answered by a call centre, we will always be on the other end of the phone with any queries you may have and we are always happy to help. We offer a next day delivery service to all our UK mainland companies and to everyone further afield you will not be kept waiting longer than 2-5 days for your parcel depending on how far away you are. We offer a tracking service so you are able to track your parcel to your door by being able to watch the driver throughout their day of deliveries.
